'The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework with a maximum of 8 economic operators for the provision of Grounds and Tree Maintenance services. The Maintenance Services will be required throughout Northern Ireland. The service consists of a comprehensive grounds and tree maintenance service and associated works. The services will be carried out in accordance with the planned programme of grounds and tree maintenance.
