All contracted carpentry staff must be qualified to Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent (e.g. NVQ, SVQ, IVQ, BTEC). The service shall be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. When an emergency repair is required, The Commissioner will require an immediate response within 2 hours, day or night, or will need to be programmed for rectification within an agreed timetable for repair.
