United Kingdom-Cardiff: Monitoring and control services

'The Welsh Government, is looking to appoint a potential contractor to help implement a minimum of 5 % control of area aid payments under Art 31 of (EU) Regulation No 809/2014. The contractor must comply with the requirements and guidelines laid out in the European Union's (EU's) 2015 Common Technical Specification (CTS), unless specified otherwise in the client's National Addendum.
