' Young people moving out of foster care or residential provision whom may not have complex and challenging behaviours but do have needs around separation, loss and trauma and associated behaviours requiring support to enable them to prepare for independence. Young people may present as homeless and require short-term accommodation whilst a Joint Housing Assessment is being undertaken. Young People who are homeless and/or require lower level of support to maintain their accommodation with a minimum package of support.
