'NHS National Services Scotland (formerly the Common Services Agency), on behalf of NHS Scotland, wish to contract with a service provider to provide a Diabetic Retinopathy Screening (DRS) Call-Recall IT System. National Specialist and Screening Services Directorate (NSD), a division of NHS National Services Scotland manage all National Screening programmes for NHS Scotland including the Diabetic Retinopathy Screening programme.
