'The Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) has a requirement for art installation, handling and transport services. The contract will be subject to the SPCB's Conditions of Contract for Art Installation, Handling and Transport Services. To fulfil the needs of the SPCB, the Contractor must be able to provide a flexible, high quality and efficient service. A variety of styles and types of artwork will be required to be handled as detailed within the Specification.
