'The University is seeking to award a contract for the periodic, preventative and reactive maintenance required to the Universities existing data centres and telephone exchanges (University of Leicester's Computer Centre Data Centre, Physics Data Centre, Michael Atiyah Data Centre, Bennett Data Centre and Telephone exchange). The maintenance works undertaken shall cover all mechanical, electrical services and the building fabric maintenance works in line with manufacturer's recommendations, statutory legislation and university requirements.
