'The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the Contracting Authority) is putting in place an agreement for mechanisms to access and gain network connectivity and telecommunication services including services over the Public Services Network (PSN) for use by or on behalf of the UK public sector bodies listed at I.2 (and any future successors to these organisations).
