United Kingdom-Maidstone: Road transport services
What the buyer wrote
'Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is committed to the provision of the service they have at the moment with current supplier. However, at times as a result of requests for Patient Transport falling outside of the scope of the contract there are occasions when the Trust will require on an ad hoc basis an additional non emergency patient transport service which will include but not limited to: high dependency, bariatric patient care and by stretcher or wheelchair. The service will be expected to meet the needs of patients described on an ad hoc basis with the ability to provide a service 24 hours per day.'
