United Kingdom-Newbury: Cleaning services

'It is intended that this will include a range of Council buildings including 3 main town centre office buildings, public libraries, educational establishments, Youth and Community Centres, day centres, Social Services establishments, and car parks, currently across 42 sites. The buildings generally have a combination of areas that are open to the general public and areas which are accessible to staff only.
