'Newcastle City Council is acting as the lead authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) in respect of the procurement of a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Legal Services. Also covered would be legal services in in other areas of expertise than those set out where arising out of or related to the service areas listed including but not limited to litigation and any other forms of dispute resolution. These will vary from requirement to requirement and be set out at the point of procurement.
