'Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of residential and community family assessments. The service will: Make available 4 residential beds for the purpose of family assessment; Undertake around 30 residential assessments per year; Have in place a permanent, suitably qualified staffing establishment able to deliver safe robust assessments and where there is a night monitoring service for all assessments to be included in the contract price; Undertake community assessments as requested during periods of lower occupancy rates in the residential component of the service; Assist and support parents to acquire the skills, insight and capacity necessary for …
