'Plymouth City Council is tendering on behalf of its partners, Plymouth University, Southwest Film and Television Archive and the Southwest Image Bank for the provision of exhibition design services for Plymouth International History Centre. Plymouth City Council and its partners have recently obtained a Round 1 pass from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for the Plymouth International History Centre (PIHC).
