'All SCRIM surveys will follow the general guidelines recommended in UK Highways Agency Design Manual for Roads and Bridges, Volume 7, Section 3, Part 1 HD 28/04 incorporating any updates during the length of the framework. The single annual survey method will apply commencing with surveys in 2015 in the early survey period. The principal requirement of this survey is to provide skidding resistance information to allow effective implementation of the Highway Authority's SKID Policy.
