The Comhairle undertakes to collaborate with an appointed Private Sector Partner in the further development of their proposals to develop a Business Plan and Heads of Commercial Terms which would form the basis for a final agreement. We anticipate this agreement will be in place by June 2015, by which time an Energy Supply Company should be fully incorporated as an independent entity.
