University Hospital of Wales (UHW) Roof Replacement

Cardiff and Vale university Health Board (CAVUHB), Capital, Estates and Facilities (CEF) Department require the replacement of the roofs at University Hospital of Wales (UHW). The successful contractor is to carry out the works in accordance with the specification provided with the tender pack. They will be expected to take full design responsibility for all scaffolding and temporary works associated with the project, and must make appropriate allowances for these within their bid.
