You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the External Works: T-Block Walkway project. The project comprises the resurfacing and associated landscaping works of the external walkway area between the B-Block and T-Block buildings to the Universities main campus. The project is expected to be let to a Main Contractor under the JCT Design & Build Contract (2011).
