UOW564 Framework Agreement for the Provision of Major Construction Works

The purpose of this procurement is twofold: (1) to identify three Bidders to award a place on the Framework and (2) to allow the selection of a preferred Contractor to manage and complete the detailed design and procurement for the scheme from RIBA Stage 3 design through to RIBA Stage 4 for the University Court Phase 1 Project under the PCSA (and the Building Contract at the University’s discretion).
