Upgrade and Refurbishment of Board Room and Facilities

Progress Housing Group are refurbishing the boardroom facilities located at the Sumner House office in Leyland. This will require upgrading the electrical services including lighting, reconfiguring the layout of the floor space, replacing the ceiling tiles, procuring suitable furniture and equipment as specified and decorating the workspace including replacing the flooring and providing viewing panels in the boardroom doors.
