Amongst the key objectives the Employer seeks to deliver the High Speed Rail project in full compliance with legislative environmental requirements and standards, fully sustainable practices and with minimal environmental impact. In pursuit of this objective the Employer seeks to monitor and manage the levels of emissions from all vehicles travelling to and from entering its construction sites at each phase of the railway construction.
