The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to provide tenderers with an opportunity to put forward a proposal for the provision of a Forcewide Vending Service to Merseyside Police on a nil subsidy / profit sharing basis. The proposed contract period is for 3 years with an option to extend by a further 2 years if all parties are agreeable. The Contract will commence on 1st November 2015.
