Viability Assessment Framework

The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) is seeking to invite expert consultants on matters of development viability to be included in a South Downs Viability Review Framework (SDVRF). This specification sets out the background to this, the scope of involvement expected from consultants, and the way in which the framework will work in practice. Consultants are now invited to submit an application for inclusion in the framework. The Authority wish to include no more than 3 suppliers on the framework agreement with the highest ranked supplier receiving the majority of the contracts.
