VIVID - Servicing & Maintenance of communal Fire alarms and equipment

VIVID currently have several Fire alarm servicing subcontractors operating within it's operational area as part of historical spend pre-merger. We would now like to consolidate our contracts and have one Fire alarm servicing and maintenance company which will manage our entire housing stock. Contractors are asked to provide a percentage variation to National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates. The contract will include the servicing & maintenance of all communal fire detection, fire-fighting equipment, sprinklers, dry risers and fire signage under an agreed annual servicing agreement.
