VOA/138/2015 Provision of Residential Property Data

Residential property data. The data should comprise of information relating to the physical characteristics of individual properties. The data will only be required for residential properties. The supplier should provide access to individual Residential property records via the Client's networked devices. The supplier should also provide a regularly updated electronic address file (to an agreed format) to enable the Client to match the Residential property records in its own database with those that exist within the supplier's database.
