The Supplier is expected to assist the Council's Housing and Neighbourhood Services Repairs and Maintenance department in clearing and cleaning our empty/void properties. This may include exceptionally dirty, environmental, major/medium and minor clearances and cleans to the Councils quality standard and NHF version 7 schedule of rates.
