THIS HAS NOW BEEN AWARDED Eastlight is looking for a partner to carry out Cleaning and Clearance of its VOIDs properties and any other works identified of a similar nature. The Contractor will be appointed on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 for duration of 2 years plus 1 x 12-month extension commencing November 2022. It is anticipated that approximately 635 void properties will require cleaning and/or clearance works (including garden clearance) per annum. These numbers are for indication only and in no way guarantees actual work levels.
