Waltham Forest Community Ophthalmology Services

NHS Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group is keen to test the potential provider market for delivery of community ophthalmology services. The service required is for the community-based provision of assessment, treatment and management of ophthalmic conditions in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the service specification (which will be shared with potential bidders at the event) .
