The works carried out shall be in accordance with HSE Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 and statutory regulations. The scope of the works requires the Provider to offer a service that covers both proactive and agreed elements of reactive work. The contract shall be for 3 years with the option to extend for two further years in 12 month increments, at the discretion of the Contracting Authority.
