A Round 1 Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Grant has been awarded to develop the proposals to RIBA Plan of Works Stage 3, to assist with the submission of a Round 2 application. Progression of the project and the consultants commission beyond RIBA Plan of Work Stage 3 will be dependent upon receipt of a Round 2 grant from the HLF. The contract is for both sections of the park (waterways and boating lake) and you should note that this tender will cover the entire delivery of the project in two stages (development and delivery) for which appointment will include a break clause between the two stages.
