The housing related support service provides support with the overall aim of supporting customers to increase their independence. The primary outcome is to prevent homelessness and/or repeat homelessness, improve the ability of vulnerable customers to live independently in the community and subsequently reduce, and / or delay the risk of homelessness and/or increased interventions from public services including health and social care services.
