WCC - Hospital transport and settling service

Warwickshire County Council is seeking tenders from providers who are interested in providing safe and timely transport home for eligible adults (age 18/65 and above), who reside in Warwickshire, that have been discharged from an Accident and Emergency (A&E) department overnight. The puropose of the service is to prevent overnight admission into hospital for adults who are well enough to go home but lack the transport or require support in settling in when they are back home.
