The Council are looking for an innovative Provider to develop, design and deliver a recruitment and marketing campaign for foster carers. Warwickshire continues to tackle the ongoing challenges in recruiting foster carers. Whilst WCC recruitment and marketing strategies have had some successes over the years they have not resulted in the growth WCC had projected.
