WDC - Leisure Centres Development Programme(Refurbisment and Extension of Newbold Comyn and St Nicholas Park Leisure Centres).

Warwick District Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor to provide pre-construction services, including design, and to undertake refurbishment and extension works to Newbold Comyn and St Nicholas Park Leisure Centres. The pre-construction services would be subject to a Pre-Construction Services Agreement, and any subsequent contract for the construction work would be subject to a separate NEC3 ECC Option A contract.
