Forecasts for periods outside the winter season may be ordered on a week by week basis by the Employer and will be dependent upon the prevailing weather conditions. Cheshire East is the lead authority for the procurement of winter weather forecast services for the Cheshire Councils Consortium of Cheshire East Borough, Cheshire West and Chester Borough, Halton Borough and Warrington Borough Councils.
