The Better Care Fund is seeking to put in place a pilot to test the feasibility of Wellbeing Co-ordination initiative. It is intended that the successful providers will be awarded with (a) Grant(s), so a standard procurement methodology is not required. However, given that the grant(s) awarded are considered to be sizeable, it is seen as advantageous to run a process which closely mirrors the open process as described in the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (as amended).
