Westminster City Council - Young Persons Supported Housing Services

The City Council's Supported Housing Pathway is designed to ensure that services make a positive contribution by improving the quality of life of vulnerable individuals through the delivery of personalised, preventative and early intervention services. The Young Persons Supported Housing Pathway provides a range of accommodation for looked-after children, care leavers and young people at risk of homelessness.
