Whaley Bridge Town Centre Design and Heritage Action Plan

High Peak Borough Council is seeking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified Consultant to prepare an Action Plan for Whaley Bridge Town Centre. The plan should identify and seek to maximise the economic impact of a new access bridge to the Bingswood Industrial Estate, considering connectivity, heritage and the natural environment.
