WHC - One Town Centre and Link Drive Development

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is looking to appoint a developer(s) to undertake the redevelopment of the eastern gateway to Hatfield Town Centre The site currently has a live planning application for a mixed-use development, which received an unresolvable objection concerning the impact on heritage assets. Further studies into the heritage and townscape of Hatfield have taken place and as a conclusion, detailed site design parameters have been produced and consulted on by key stakeholders, including the Local planning authority, the Gascoyne Cecil Estate and Historic England.
