WHC - Refurbishment of 12 Great Break, Welwyn Garden City.

12 Great Break compromises off a new 20sqm extension which is located at the side and rear elevation which will accommodate a downstairs bedroom and an EnSuite shower room. The extension is going to be built in accordance with DDA requirements. Other works included within this project are; new central heating, kitchen replacement, windows and door replacement and associated external works. At this stage the council just requires the completion and return of the PQQ document.
