The works will be carried out under a JCT Design and Build Form of Contract 2016 with bespoke amendments. The Works include but not limited to: • Domestic Water Main Replacement • Fire Hose Removal • Enhancements to Lighting and Small Power • Fire Detection Upgrades • Smoke Ventilation to Stairwells
