Winchester City Council ("the Council") is looking to procure the services of an experienced municipal waste collection contractor to provide waste collection services, household recycling and associated services. The Contract will commence on 26 September 2020 and the proposed duration of the contract is eight (8) years (96 months) with the option to extend for a period or periods of up to a further eight (8) years (96 months).
