WP3098A - Specialist Supported Accommodation for Vulnerable Adults with Complex Needs

Walsall Council is looking for an experienced Service Provider with a previous successful track record of delivering specialist supported accommodation, to support vulnerable adults (men and women) with complex needs, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and in need of housing related support to acquire the skills to move into their own independent accommodation and sustain their tenancy. The service will need to be staffed 24 hours a day to deliver support. The Service Provider shall have accommodation available for use from contract commencement, with appropriate planning permission in place to deliver a ‘core and cluster’ service.
