This programme is about delivering Targeted Youth Work through the identification of early intervention and targeted youth work support for the most vulnerable young people in Walsall. The priorities below reflect the Children and Young People’s Plan and are consistent with the needs of the wards in Walsall. However, the balance of need will vary. 1.
