WP3442A - Dry Mixed Recycling Negotiated Procedure

The Council wishes to procure a service for the haulage (provisional item) and processing of Dry Mixed Recyclable (DMR) waste. The current annual output is circa 24,000 tonnes of DMR waste, however, this figure cannot be guaranteed or fixed, as quantities will vary from year to year. The Council's general domestic, co-mingled dry recycling and garden waste collection services are operated in-house. The household dry recycling kerbside collection is a fortnightly collection from households in the Council Area.
