The Council wishes to commission a provider to enhance our current welcome packs for newly arrived communities. The successful provider will build on the current New to Walsall programme with the aim of widening the scheme to better support new communities. This will include consulting with new arrival communities on how to refresh welcome packs to meet their needs (including linking to Places of Welcome and groups signed up to the Walsall for All Pledge) to create more opportunities for social mixing and integration.
