The Council is re-opening an existing framework for the provision of Care and Support at Home Services (previously referred to as domiciliary care services) (\"the Services\"). It incorporates services that will be either individually or jointly commissioned by Commissioners (as defined below), which for clarity will include authorised representatives from the Council, Coastal West Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group, Horsham & Mid Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group and/or Crawley Clinical Commissioning Group (each a \"CCG\" and together \"the CCGs\").
