As a minimum the Provider must deliver from premises in: • York; • Harrogate; and • Scarborough. East Riding of Yorkshire local authority (LA) is also within the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding LEP geographical area. However, this provision will not be delivered in that LA. This is due to a geographical overlap with the LA sat within the boundaries of both Humber LEP and York, North Yorkshire and East Riding LEP.
