HEE YH wish to commission a provider (or consortium of providers) to develop and deliver a Psychiatry Training Course (PTC) for core and specialty trainees in psychiatry. The contract will commence in August 2021 and will run for 3 years initially, with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The School of Psychiatry has recognised that the course should not just be about exam preparation and should instead address the whole curriculum to ensure that trainee psychiatrists receive a comprehensive postgraduate training programme.
