At the end of 2014, YPO initiated a feasibility study to ascertain and document YPO’s requirements of an ERP system and to test those requirements against Microsoft’s Dynamics NAV 2016. A key deliverable of that project was a solution recommendation from a third party ERP consultancy, who undertook a thorough analysis of YPO’s detailed requirements and tested those requirements against the out of the box and potential development functionality of Microsoft’s Dynamics NAV 2016.
