Block F requires 4 boilers to be changed, blocks G and J require 7 boilers in each block to be upgraded. All kitchen areas require removal of existing ventilation, to be replaced with over cooker mounted extraction hoods terminated to outside. All W/C areas currently have a main extract fan in the loft space of their respective block.
